Topsail is an amazing place. Everything about it from the environment to the staff is top notch. I’ve never encountered a more knowledgeable, dedicated and compassionate staff than I have here. There is no question that I wouldn’t be here today without it. It saved my life.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in New England (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor(s), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate household members are not eligible.

3. Contest Entry Period

The Contest begins May 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM (ET) and ends on June 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET) (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://www.topsailaddictiontreatment.com/ and complete the online entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
Automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries using false identities will result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

A 10×12 Vinyl Storage Shed or equivalent ($10,000 max dollar value and subject to final shed determination by the Sponsor; Eastern Shed and Outdoor Living)
Winner receives Shed only and Delivery within 30 Miles of North Andover. Additional delivery charge per mile beyond within New England.
Winner receives Shed only and any modifications, customizations, add-ons are at the expense of the winner, if allowed by the Sponsor; Eastern Shed and Outdoor Living.
Site preparation, cement pad, landscaping, survey, permitting (if applicable) are not included and are the responsibility/expense of the winner.
Eastern Shed and Outdoor living is not responsible for reasonable landscaping, driveway, property damage due to delivery.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor who may provide a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

A random drawing from all eligible entries will occur on or about June 12, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email or phone call within five (5) business days of the drawing.To claim the prize, the winner must respond within five (5) calendar days and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Failure to respond or return required documents may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity & Rights

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

Release Sponsors and its agents from any liability related to participation or the prize.
Accept that Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries or technical failures of any kind.

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity.
