This place saves lives if you allow the process. The staff is amazing and truly want you to succeed. They give you all the tools you need to help you overcome your addiction. The therapists are easy to talk to and the groups become a family that depend on each other. Graduating this program was bitter sweet. Can’t wait to come back and do a commitment.

I can't say enough about the great team at Topsail. As a proud "graduate" of the evening IOP earlier this year, I left equipped with a completely changed perspective and tools that have enabled me to thrive in recovery. The balanced treatment approach at Topsail was what I found most beneficial. The diversity among the staff provides a comprehensive experience educating on neuroscience, mindfulness, behavioral therapy, and 12 step work in a group setting with individual support & therapy. I will always feel connected to the cohort of individuals that I spent my time at Topsail with, and I feel a debt of gratitude to the staff who helped enable my recovery. I'm proud to be sober, and the treatment I received at Topsail completely changed my life.

I will highly recommend this dual treatment facility to anyone with the will and open mind to get sober. I arrived at Topsail after 28 days in residential. I was paired with a therapist immediately and began the program the next day. 196 days later I graduated with the tools and knowledge needed to maintain my sobriety. I got my life back and I'm so grateful 🙏

Topsail is an amazing place. Everything about it from the environment to the staff is top notch. I’ve never encountered a more knowledgeable, dedicated and compassionate staff than I have here. From my first day to my last everyone made me feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone considering a PHP or IOP aftercare plan. There is no question that I wouldn’t be here today without it. It saved my life.

Superb Treatment Center! They are knowledgeable, empathetic and caring. The clinicians at Topsail help each individual differently. The IOP program has so much to offer if you have a desire for sobriety. In comparison to other IOP programs I've done, this surpasses them by far.
