Overcoming addiction is a challenging journey for anyone. Having a support system can greatly enhance the chance of sobriety success. The professionals at Topsail Addiction Treatment are ready to help you.
We work with individuals who suffer from alcohol or drug addiction to help them find the methods that enable them to remain sober. We celebrate each success with the participants of our program. Each person who comes to us receives a personalized treatment plan that addresses their needs.
Why is Getting Help From a Rehab Center Important?
From 2000 to 2020, there were 700,000 deaths in the United States that were attributed to drug overdoses. That figure doesn’t include the individuals who died due to alcohol poisoning. If you include alcohol-related deaths, you’d have to add 95,150 more deaths per year. When you think about these figures, it becomes clear that getting help to beat an addiction has to be a priority.
Topsail understands that addiction is a medical condition that requires treatment. We work closely with each participant in our program to provide them with the skills they need to say no to drugs and alcohol and live a sober life.
We have three distinct plans that provide graduated levels of support to bridge the gap between inpatient rehab and going out on your own. Some people use only one of the three programs, but others use all three as steps toward success.
How Can Topsail’s Treatment Plan Help You?
The graduated steps at Topsail provide participants with a little more freedom with each step. Throughout the process, you learn valuable skills and techniques that can help you to live a sober life. We want to see you embrace your life so you can enjoy it.
Step 1: Full Day Treatment
Residents of Malden can take part in our full day program. This is a comprehensive rehab program that includes group therapy and one-on-one therapy. We meet five days per week for five to six hours per session. This step is intensive and provides the structure that can help you stay on track, but you still have a good amount of freedom to start living your life.
Step 2: Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Intensive outpatient treatment takes place for approximately three to four hours per day on three days per week. This step isn’t as intense as the full day treatment step. It’s a chance for you to start to branch out with your regular activities. You’ll have time to work or go to school while you still get the support you need from our program.
The IOP includes components that can help you to get back on your feet. We offer classes, workshops, and job training on top of the group and individual counseling sessions. We also have specialized addiction therapy that addresses your history of substance abuse to boost your ability to stay clean.
Step 3: Outpatient Treatment
The least intense step in our program is the outpatient treatment program. You meet with us for at least one hour per week. Since we tailor the program to each individual, there’s a chance that you’ll come in more often. We realize that it’s important for you to get the support you need to remain sober.
Our team will discuss your specific plan for this step in the program. This might include having drug tests and finding a job. We’ll also evaluate you to determine what types of therapy might benefit you the most. Some that are offered include medication-assisted therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
How Does Topsail Customize the Program?
When you come to Topsail, we evaluate your unique circumstances to find out how we can help you. We look beyond just the matters on the surface. We look into your family history and what factors contribute to your addiction. This includes any mental health disorders that might be playing a role. We realize that you’re unique, and we want to find the best ways help you find the success you need.
